     SkyLeaf Creatives is a dynamic film production company, based in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines is committed to crafting exceptional, high-quality films that deeply resonate with audiences. Jerome Dulin

Director, Producer, & Cultural Worker

He is a film advocate and producer from the Ibanag and Apayao ethnic groups in the Northern Philippines, uses film to raise awareness of cultural identity and the human condition. He produces films for emerging filmmakers with themes that focus on human relationships and the natural world.

His debut full-length film, Iti Aweng ni Imelda [Imelda’s Melodies], was developed in the #DocsConnect film lab by Taskovski Films Ltd. in Sitges, Spain, in 2024, with support from the International Film Studies Assistance Program of the Film Development Council of the Philippines. The project is currently being funded through the CreatePH Grant of the FDCP and a major film production outfit in the Philippines.

Dulin placed fifth in the 2024 ScreenWriting Competition for Young Creative Challenge of the Department of Trade and Industry. He produced Dzana Ashworth’s Mari Na Mepangngat Kanya Ima, Mepakattu Kan Abaha (Not through the Hand, Carried in the Shoulders), a documentary in progress, for the Fullbright-National Geographic Storytelling Fellowship 2023, as well as Christian Ramoso’s Sketsa na Dagupan, a finalist for the 2024 Montañosa Film Festival.

He is also producing Tim Rone Villanueva’s full-length feature film, Santa Isabel!, developed under the Story Development Grant of Create PH Films and the Film Development Council of the Philippines. He was the Assistant Director for the Cinemalaya 2019 film Children of the River and Casting and Locations Manager for the award-winning 2019 film Cleaners by Glenn Barit.

Dulin is currently working on his documentary films: Iti Aweng ni Imelda (Imelda’s Melodies); Finding Edison; and Futu Ana Fuki (Compassion and Vaginas). Futu Ana Fuki was presented at the Sheffield Doc Fest as part of the Philippine Delegation under the Film Development Council of the Philippines. Finding Edison and Futu ana Fuki received support from the ParaSite Grant (Hong Kong) for research and development.

Dulin also received the Climate Story Lab for his documentary project I Bannag ta Pancit Batil Patung (The River Between Noodles), organized by Active Vista, Dakila PH, and Picture People with support from the British Council.

Joseph Arcegono

Producer & Chief Operating Officer

He is a Development Communication graduate from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, currently holds the position of External Affair Officer of the Guild. His responsibilities in this role encompass program implementation and film distribution. He also serves as the Program Director, overseeing tasks related to program implementation and film distribution.

Furthermore, Arcegono is actively involved in the film festival circuit as the Festival Coordinator for both the North Luzon Film Festival and the Kultura Film Festival. He also contributes to the Regional Filmmakers Network as one of the Secretariats. His academic career includes a role as an Associate Professor at the Philippine Christian University, where he teaches under the Communications Program within the College of Arts, Sciences, and Social Works.

In his capacity as a producer, Arcegono is currently working on the films “Imelda’s Melodies” and “The River in Between Noodles,” both directed by Jerome Dulin, under the banner of SkyLeaf Creatives. His involvement with “Imelda’s Melodies” led him to represent the film at the #DocsConnect Conscious Filmmaking Lab, held in Sitges, Spain in October 2024, and in the Philippines in January 2025. His production experience extends to working as one of the Creative Producers for the film “Ana Bikhayr” (I Am Okay), directed by Hannah Ragudos. His earlier roles in the film industry include Location Manager for “Cleaners” (2019), Production Designer for “Children of the River” (2018), and Associate Production Manager (2017).

Arcegono’s responsibilities as the External Affair Officer of the Guild include program implementation and film distribution. He also manages festival programs, serving as the Festival Program Coordinator for the TugueGIRAW Film Festival, organized by the Local Government of Tuguegarao City, and the Knowmad Short Film Festival, hosted by the Knowmad Institut in Germany. Since 2021, he has been actively involved with the Kultura Film Festival, a project that receives support from Movies that Matter and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands.
